I will use twitter as a business opportunity to connect to the world regarding my catering business.  I will use twitter to promote my menu, my specialities, and to get and receive new ideas and recipes from other chefs.  I will use twitter to network with chefs and other food networks, about restaurant openings, food and wine tastings.  I would also like to connect with other venues to get better understanding of whats out there, that's new to the world of catering.
I would  like to connect to some of the celebrities, just to keep up with whats going on in their lives and the new Hollywood.
I would like to connect with friends and family and to see and keep up with them..
I realize its another social network, but it's blogging only with limited characters.  That's the only downfall I personally don't agree with.  You are only allowed 140 characters per tweet, I may need more sometimes.
Over all I'm going to love it!  All of this is still very new to me!
